I founded Kent Law to provide world-class intellectual property litigation services at reasonable rates to clients of all sizes. In 20 years of practice with some of the most highly respected intellectual property litigation firms in the world, including Fish & Richardson, Jones Day, and Alston & Bird, I have litigated and tried numerous intellectual property and other complex cases in courts from coast to coast, while achieving successful results for clients. This experience brings focus to the key issues in a case -- the issues that drive decision-making by the judge, the jury and the parties. As an independent firm, Kent Law has substantial flexibility to set rates and fee structures to best meet client needs and budgets, while also providing the ability to staff any matter in a cost-effective, project-oriented way, as driven by the needs of the particular case. This flexibility keeps costs down, while also providing the best possible team to work on any given case.
In litigation, results matter most and can be measured in many different ways. Sometimes success is found in a favorable jury verdict or pre-trial motion.
